Each year the program will enable up to 18 outstanding individuals who have completed doctoral training to engage in an intensive two-year program at one of the six nationally prominent universities. The next cohort of scholars will enter training in August or September of 2009, depending upon each university’s academic calendar.
The following criteria will be considered in evaluating applicants:
